Since launching in 2018, Rachel has cast & published seven print issues of Platformme Magazine, casting hundreds of faces for numerous projects. In 2019 she founded Platformme Models, a mother agency based in NYC.

Prior to 2018, she played a key creative role in the launch of NY-based luxury fitness brand, Bandier. After a year of managing production, casting & styling for the new company, Rachel was picked up by Wilhelmina Artists. Rachel is currently self-represented, casting for photoshoots, commercials & film. Some of her clients include Footlocker, Dreamville, Hulu..
